Exor and Covéa reboot $9bn PartnerRe deal
Exor and Covéa have signed a new memorandum of understanding that will see the French mutual insurer agree to buy PartnerRe for $9bn (€7.7bn) from its Italian investment firm owner less than 18 months after a previous deal between the parties broke down amid Covid-19.
