Epic-Jencap owner Galway remains on independent path after exiting Aon talks
Galway Insurance Holdings and its Epic and Jencap retail and wholesale subsidiaries will move forward maintaining their independence under private equity ownership for now after takeover talks with Aon broke down earlier this fall and amid mooted interest from other potential acquirers earlier in 2023, The Insurer can reveal.
