DeSantis: Citizens could go “belly up” in absence of Florida HO insurance reforms

Florida’s second special session of 2022 aimed at easing the state’s homeowners insurance crisis starts in 10 days, and re-elected governor Ron DeSantis has again made the case for reforms to stabilise the market and warned that Citizens could go “belly up” if they don’t happen.
