Chubb denies liability in AerCap’s $3.5bn seized Russian aircraft legal case

US insurance giant Chubb has become the fifth insurer to file its defence in AerCap’s $3.5bn legal claim, arguing the world’s largest aircraft lessor is not entitled to a payout over planes stranded in Russia.
