Chicago restaurants and theatres sue insurer over Covid-19 denial

A group of Chicago restaurants and movie theatres have sued Society Insurance for denying business interruption claims from Covid-19, arguing the mutual insurer should pay because it did not specifically exclude pandemic-related losses in the policies when it could have done.
