Boy Scouts victims groups seek Chubb disclosure over potential payout
Groups representing victims in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) bankruptcy proceedings have again asked the judge to compel Chubb and Century Indemnity to provide documents relating to their liabilities, and the ability to meet a potential $1.3bn payout referenced in the Hartford settlement agreement with the BSA.
