Big I raises “substantive concerns” on FTC’s proposed scrapping of non-competes
The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, known as Big I, has hit out at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s proposed new rule prohibiting the use of most non-compete clauses in employment contracts, with the organization raising “substantive concerns”.
