Ascot has confirmed that its newly-installed group CEO Jonathan Zaffino will take on the additional chief executive role at Ascot’s Lloyd’s business that was vacated with Andrew Brooks’ departure, with a quartet of non-executive directors stepping down from the board of the entity, The Insurer can reveal.
