Aon: Macroeconomic “turmoil” spurs further decline for US homeowners insurers’ ROE
US homeowners insurers are facing another decline in their aggregate return on equity (ROE), with Aon forecasting a result of 5.4 percent for 2022 as the market continues to contend with the “turmoil” associated with various detrimental macroeconomic factors, largely based around inflation.
