23 hotels mostly win Covid-19 BI dispute over $250mn of cover
The owners of 23 hotels have been granted partial summary judgment by a New Hampshire superior court judge in a Covid-19 business interruption suit against insurers providing $250mn of cover, with Axis also being granted summary judgement because its policy had a virus exclusion.
