Kinsale optimistic on E&S future but warns on potential MGA impact

Kinsale Capital Group is optimistic about the E&S sector after recording average rate increases of 8 percent in Q3 2022, but COO Brian Haney warned the proliferation of MGAs and delegated underwriting authority arrangements could result in ill-disciplined underwriting.
