David L. Brown

Senior Partner and Insurance Leader for the EY region of the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands

David is a partner in the Financial Services Organization (FSO) of Ernst & Young Ltd (Bermuda). He has over 29 years of experience focused on SEC registrant property and casualty insurance and reinsurance companies and asset management companies, as well as diversified financial services companies. David joined EY in 1989 and has served clients in the Dallas, Boston, Bermuda, and San Antonio EY offices. Prior to returning to Bermuda, David served as the leader of EY’s Southwest Region FSO Insurance Group and Southwest Region FSO Assurance Practice. David serves SEC registrant property and casualty insurance and reinsurance companies and is the Senior Partner of EY Bermuda and the Regional Insurance Leader for the EY Region of Bermuda, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.
