Aditya Dutt oversees Renaissance Underwriting Managers, Ltd. and RenaissanceRe Ventures Ltd., and serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Mr. Dutt’s responsibilities include structuring and managing RenaissanceRe’s joint ventures, including DaVinci Re, Top Layer Re, Upsilon Fund and Medici Fund. Additionally, Mr. Dutt directs RenaissanceRe’s portfolio of strategic investments and insurance-linked securities. As Treasurer, Mr. Dutt is responsible for managing RenaissanceRe’s capital structure and other funding needs, in addition to oversight of the Investor Relations function. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe in 2008, Mr. Dutt worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and currently serves as a Director of Langhorne Holdings LLC, Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. and Essent Group Ltd. (NYSE: ESNT).
