Rochester diocese agrees $108mn settlement with insurers over abuse claims
The Diocese of Rochester has agreed a $107.8mn settlement with certain of its insurers relating to child abuse claims, with CNA taking a $64mn share, although an attorney representing 175 survivors has slammed the proposed deal.
