Maiden and Enstar delay ADC completion
Enstar has agreed to extend the time required to complete its significantly reduced loss portfolio transfer (LPT) and adverse development reinsurance contract (ADC) with its Bermudian reinsurer and former AmTrust stablemate Maiden by a month.
