Generali calls for regulatory review of tycoons’ stake-building
Generali has called on the Italian insurance regulator to investigate whether the stakes acquired by an activist shareholder group including construction magnate Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and Ray-Ban founder Leonardo Del Vecchio were in compliance with insurance investment rules.
