Generali board green-lights Donnet’s organisational restructure
A new organisational structure proposed by Generali CEO Philippe Donnet, designed in part to give the group’s head office greater influence over its business units, has been signed off by the company’s board, with its approval further strengthening the executive’s position at the helm after months of uncertainty.
