Louisiana appeals court reverses insurers’ win in first US Covid BI case
A Louisiana appeals court has served up a win for a New Orleans restaurant, reversing a state court’s verdict in favour of Lloyd’s underwriters in the first Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case that was filed in the US as well as the first to go to trial.
