Allianz rebuffs restaurant group’s £16.4mn BI claim in High Court trial
The owner of UK restaurants Coppa Club and Tavolino kicked off its high-profile legal trial against Allianz on Monday, with the hospitality group seeking £16.4mn ($22.4mn) over the payment of claims related to business interruption (BI) losses suffered as a result of the pandemic lockdowns.
