Ageas hit with £1.1mn BI suit from trio of SME owners
A trio of SME business owners – including a hairdresser and two gyms – are suing the UK arm of Belgian insurer Ageas for alleged breach of contract for failing to pay out more than £1.1mn ($1.3mn) in losses resulting from the pandemic lockdowns.
