TSR forecasts 2023 North Atlantic hurricane season to be closer to long-term trends

Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) has forecast North Atlantic hurricane activity in 2023 will be ~15 percent below the 30-year norm from 1990-2020 and instead closer to the long-term 1950-2022 norm.
