Ardonagh valued at $2.4bn as KKR, Pimco sell stakes
The Ardonagh Group’s private equity backers Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) and HPS Investment Partners (HPS) have bought out shares owned by KKR and Pimco in a £92mn ($117m) move that places a £1.9bn ($2.4bn) enterprise value on the UK intermediary.
