BRP makes largest acquisition to date with Armfield, Harrison & Thomas deal
BRP Group’s spate of M&A deals has continued after the expansive broker acquired all of the outstanding equity interests of Armfield, Harrison & Thomas (AHT), a deal which adds some $52.3mn of annualized revenues to its operations, its largest acquisition to date.
