Aircraft lessor DAE sues 11 insurers including Lloyd’s, AIG and Chubb after $1bn Russia confiscation claim
The Middle East’s largest aircraft leasing firm Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) is suing 11 insurers – including subsidiaries of AIG, Axis, Chubb, HDI and Swiss Re – only months after it said it was claiming for circa $1bn of aviation assets confiscated in Russia, The Insurer can reveal.
