PartnerRe almost doubles non-life UW income to $282mn as CR drops to 79.3%
Covéa-owned pure-play reinsurer PartnerRe nearly doubled its non-life underwriting income in the second quarter to $282mn, up from $150mn the year before, as it improved its combined ratio 9.3 points to 79.3 percent.
