Triple I: Legal system abuse “proliferating the rising costs” of homeowners insurance
The recent surge in US homeowners insurance costs has been driven by increasing natural catastrophe losses and inflation following Covid-19, according to the Insurance Information Institute’s (Triple-I) latest Issues Brief, which also noted legal system abuse as a contributing factor to cost increases.
