UK court decides $300mn+ lessor disputes should be heard in Ukraine

The UK’s High Court has declined to hear a legal battle between insurers and aviation leasing firms over planes stranded in Ukraine, finding that jurisdiction clauses within the lessors’ policies require the disputes to be heard in the war-torn country.
