Lessor STLC hits aviation reinsurers with $400mn+ Russia-Ukraine claim
Aircraft lessor STLC Europe has sued 30 insurers demanding they pay out more than $400mn for the loss of jets detained in Russia since the invasion of Ukraine, with the claim following an important London ruling that blocked attempts to move similar cases to the Russian courts.
