Sica Fletcher: Agent/broker average deal value drops 18% in Q1 YoY

The agency and broker index from advisory firm Sica Fletcher has shown a 4.3 percent drop in M&A deals, a 21 percent drop in acquired revenues and an 18 percent drop in average deal size in the first quarter of this year compared with the same period of 2023.
