James River sues Fleming over failure to complete JRG Re acquisition
James River Group has begun legal action against Fleming Intermediate Holdings, with the Frank D’Orazio-led insurer accusing the Altamont Capital Partners-backed business of failing to complete its previously agreed $277mn deal to acquire JRG Re.
