Commissioner Lara: Legislation not only option for solving Cali insurance crisis
Following California lawmakers failing to reach a deal to address the crisis in the state, insurance commissioner Ricardo Lara has stated that “legislation is one of many options that we have been pursuing” with his department moving forward with a package of regulatory solutions.
