All parties, including wholesale brokers, MGAs and program managers, reinsurance broker partners, issuing carriers and their reinsurance counterparties, bear some responsibility alongside Vesttoo for the fraudulent letter of credit (LOC) fiasco that emerged last month, according to Alirt Insurance Research.
