WTW: Insurers must reflect El Niño conditions and SCS activity in view of risk

Insurers must reconsider their view of nat cat risk amid evolving patterns in severe convective storms, with an above-average frequency of Category 5 storms in the first five months of the year and developing El Niño conditions, WTW has warned.
