S&P: Revised RBC adequacy changes could see rating actions for 10% of insurers

S&P has issued a request for comment on its revised proposed changes to its criteria for insurer risk-based capital (RBC) adequacy that could lead to credit rating actions on “about 10 percent” of insurance sector ratings.
