TSR forecasts 2023 hurricane activity will be 25-30% below 30-year norm
Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) in its April forecast for North Atlantic hurricane activity in 2023 anticipates below-norm activity of 12 tropical storms, with six of those hurricanes and two of those intense hurricanes.
