Hiscox’s Kam: Shortfall in capabilities and talent limiting industry progress on systemic risks
The UK (re)insurance sector faces three long-term risks in the form of climate, cyber and conflict, according to Hiscox’s Hanna Kam, who warned that a lack of in-house capabilities and talent could limit the industry’s ability to tackle those threats and meet growing client and regulatory demand.
