USI: Public D&O buyers have opportunity to expand policy language in 2023

In a review of the US executive and professional risk sector, USI has forecast continued public D&O softening barring a pronounced stock market correction or increase in bankruptcies, with insureds also having “the opportunity to expand and improve policy language”.
