Allianz granted EC green light for Spanish bancassurance tie-up
The European Commission (EC) has given the green light to German insurer Allianz to acquire BASR, a new insurance company set up as a joint venture with Spain’s Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA).
