Patriot raises additional capital as Morgan Stanley joins backers
US retail broker consolidator Patriot Growth Insurance Services has closed on a new round of financing, with the raise co-led by existing lenders Barings Global Private Finance and Antares Capital and including new participant Morgan Stanley Private Credit.
