Scor and Covéa in spotlight as watchdog urges separation of chair and CEO role
The French financial watchdog has urged insurers to split the roles of chairman and CEO as part of a broader push to improve governance practices amongst financial services and in a move which takes aim at Scor’s Denis Kessler and Covéa’s Thierry Derez.
