Searchlight completes GRP deal with Bruce taking CEO role
Private equity house Searchlight Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in UK broker consolidator Global Risk Partners (GRP) following regulatory approval in a move that will see GRP managing director Mike Bruce become group chief executive.
