CIAB: Umbrella and cyber continue to lead US commercial hardening
Overall US commercial P&C premium rate increases in the first quarter moderated by 70 basis points to 10 percent across all-sized accounts and lines of business, but cyber hardening accelerated rapidly with 18 percent increases and umbrella continued to see meaningful double digit rises, according to The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers.
