FM Global denied dismissal of real estate firm’s Covid-19 BI suit
A New York judge has denied FM Global’s motion for judgment on the pleadings in a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) lawsuit brought by Thor Equities, in what is believed to be the first US court decision on the scope of the insurer’s contamination exclusion.
