Aon looks forward as it pays $1bn to walk away from WTW deal
Aon has confirmed it will pay the $1bn termination fee to walk away from the Willis Towers Watson deal and also given a vote of confidence in its leadership team by extending the contracts of CEO Greg Case and CFO Christa Davies by three years to April 2026.
