Moody’s highlights WTW succession and strategy challenge and says Aon must refocus

Moody’s has highlighted credit challenges for Willis Towers Watson that include the issues of succession planning and its corporate strategy going forward following the collapse of its deal with Aon, and said that Aon must now refocus its own strategy having spent over a year working on the combination of the two brokers.
