Higginbotham: Midstream rate rises moderating as refinery and petrochem pricing eases
Rate increases in the midstream energy sector have moderated “considerably” for non-catastrophe exposure operations while refineries and petrochemical facilities are also seeing an easing of the price increases they have been hit with in recent years, according to Higginbotham.
