VC magnate Ranadivé to buy listed regional player NSG
A holding company founded by Vivek Ranadivé – the managing director of venture firm Bow Capital and owner of basketball team the Sacramento Kings – has agreed a deal to acquire Alabama-based The National Security Group (NSG) for a total transaction value of $41.4mn.
