Trade groups sue WA insurance regulator again over credit scores ban
Three industry trade groups including the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) have jointly filed two legal actions to stop the implementation of Washington insurance commissioner Mike Kreidler’s recent rule banning the use of credit-based insurance scores, a move that follows a similar dispute last year.
