PA state court allows gym’s Covid suit against CinFin to proceed
A Pennsylvania state court judge has overruled Cincinnati Insurance Company’s effort to dismiss a Covid-19 business interruption lawsuit, ruling that direct physical loss or damage has been sufficiently alleged by a gym based on the “continuous presence” of the virus on its property.
