Constellation buys Coastal Insurance Underwriting and Cybercom
Private equity-backed Constellation Affiliated Partners has confirmed the acquisition of Florida-based MGU and program administrator Coastal Insurance Underwriters in a deal first revealed by The Insurer and which also includes tech platform Cybercom.
